Unilever invites applicants to unemployed graduates to apply for HR Graduate / Internship Programme 2022 / 2023.

Internship Location: Humansdorp, Eastern Cape
Internship Closing Date: 25 May 2022

HR INTERNSHIP x 2 (1 Year Contract)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• The successful candidate will be required to assist with Human Resources related duties such as, but not
limited to recruitment, welfare, staff function, industry relations and learning and development. The
incumbent should be an organized and process driven individual.

The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team and adhere to set
deadlines. He/she must have excellent command of English language, excellent written, grammatical and
communication skills, self-motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Assist with daily Human Resources related queries from staff

and/or tasks as well as to monitor the productivity and quality of your work. The incumbent will also be responsible for the ordering of stationary supplies for the Human Resources Office.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• The successful candidate will have a completed Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management,
preferably an unemployed graduate with no previous working experience.
