Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Analyst X5 to support

the Customer Excellence Managers and provide customer service performance reporting for a channel through

collaboration with the customer excellence team. Further, to take

accountability for order book, reverting and following up on queries.

As a Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for:

Operational Management
Analysing and Interpreting Data
Reporting


General Administration
Client/Customer Interaction


Job Requirements
What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should:

2-3 years’ experience within consumer affairs call centre environment and in

supply chain or customer service with experience in logistics, sales/customer management.


Supply Chain and Logistics, Retail and manufacturing environment||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|


Grade 12
Qualification in Supply chain/Logistics
Communication skills (verbal & written)


Computer literacy – MS office excel & powerpoint
Presentation skills


Attention to detail
Customer service skills
Commercial awareness


Customer focused
Teamwork
