The focus and conditions of the EPWP are local employment and as such only candidates from Tshwane Municipality will be considered.

The appointed participant will be time-rated as per the Expanded Public Works Programme rates of R406.00 per day.

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
  • One year experience in Data capturing.
  • Computer literacy and working experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, databases .
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Proof of residence (Tshwane Municipality).
  • Tertiary qualification in Nature Conservation, Database management or Software Development will be an added advantage

Admin clerk Responsibilities:

Admin clerk

  • Receive and verify documentation for correctness and completeness before capturing.
  • Checking and reconciliation of timesheets for payroll.
  • Capture and track documents and submit documents to finance.
  • Record management
  • Completion of Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) data collection Tool.
  • Completion of monthly Payment Progress Reports (PPR).
  • Uploading of evidence on the system (ID, Contracts, and EEA1).
  • General administrative responsibilities and duties.
