Position: Cleaner (Ref No: CSP/19/2023)
Salary: R125,373 per annum
Location: Pretoria

Cleaner Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the designated premises. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Dusting and waxing office furniture to ensure a neat and presentable workspace.
  • Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
  • Vacuuming and shampooing floors to remove dirt and stains effectively.
  • Cleaning walls, windows, and doors to ensure a spotless appearance.
  • Emptying waste bins and similar containers, and transporting waste material to designated collection points, contributing to waste management efforts.
  • Mopping floors using wet or damp mops to achieve cleanliness and shine.
  • Cleaning restrooms thoroughly, including refilling hand wash liquid soap, replacing toilet papers, hand towels, and refreshments to ensure optimal hygiene.
  • Emptying and washing waste bins to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors.
  • Reporting and maintaining machines and equipment, including cleaning vacuum cleaners and other tools after use to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Requesting cleaning materials as needed to perform tasks effectively and efficiently.
