Supply Chain Management (SCM) Clerk

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Clerk with a focus on Acquisition of Goods and Services. There are two available positions for this role. The job details are as follows:

Position: SCM Clerk: Acquisition Goods and Services
Reference Number: 2023/324 (X2 Posts)
Salary: R202,233 per annum
Centre: Head Office (Pretoria)

Requirements:

  • A Senior Certificate (equivalent to high school diploma) with relevant experience in Supply Management or Acquisition Management.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Regulations.
  • Multi-skilled in the procurement administration environment and operational.

Supply Chain Management Clerk Duties:

  • Publishing received/advertised tenders and awards.
  • Compiling registry documents and filing.
  • Compiling tender documents.
  • Bid administration and ensuring compliance with all Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Procurement of Goods for the Directorate.
