Salary: R202,233 per annum (Level 05)

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) and exposure to Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Strong independent and team-working skills
  • Multitasking and general admin capabilities
  • Driver’s license and proficiency in English and at least one other official language are advantageous.

Administration Clerk – Inspections & Investigations Duties:

  • Record, organize, store, capture, and retrieve correspondence and data
  • Update registers and handle routine inquiries
  • Handle photocopying and faxing
  • Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders
  • Maintain the filing system for the unit
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Arrange travel on short notice
  • Maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the unit.
