Job Title: Client Relationship Associate
Job Summary:
Seriti Green is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to assist in expanding their land securement portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and landowners in the Renewable Energy sector. The role will involve collaborating with the Development team on Business Development activities, identifying new land for securement, and establishing contact with potential landowners to secure properties for project development. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that land tenure is bankable, meaning it meets the necessary requirements for financial transactions.
- Work closely with the Development team to identify new land suitable for securement.
- Establish communication with potential landowners to secure properties for project development.
- Foster positive relationships with landowners, neighbors, and communities to obtain a social license to operate.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, landowners, and community leaders in new potential project sites.
- Collaborate with the Seriti Green Development Team and Legal Counsel to ensure all required contracts and forms are in place and viable before the financial close of a project.
- Maintain relationships with existing landowners to preserve the social license to operate.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in a Management-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in client relationship management or a sales-related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Knowledge of land securement and development processes is considered an asset.
