Requirements:
- Matriculation (High School Diploma)
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant and Cashier
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work retail hours and during peak periods
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Sales Assistant include:
- Minimizing stock loss by maintaining a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock, and cash handling procedures
- Efficiently managing store operations according to the company’s low-cost culture
- Handling cash at the register in accordance with company policies
- Collaborating as part of a dynamic team of Dynamos
- Upholding health, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Increasing sales through exceptional customer service, store maintenance, stock management, promotions, and correct pricing
- Participating in the Potential Work Performance Assessment Battery (assessments)
